Cosmo Cover Girl is an annual reader workshop held in Cape Town, Durban and Joburg where the girls get to live the dream and shoot their own cover.

This year they were treated to talks on hair, make up and fashion trends, had their hair done by top ghd experts from salons throughout the country, make up done by Revlon and bra fittings by Wonderbra! Once styled to perfection, they then go on to shoot their own “covers” for their very own Cosmopolitan magazine…

The 2009 ghd pop-up salon tour has sadly come to an end. Throughout the month of November, ghd visited secret locations in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town offering those lucky urban angels selected an exclusive pre-party makeover with four of their friends. With hair makeovers from ghd Experts and makeup artists from Benefit completing the style transformations, guests were sure to be the showstoppers wherever they went.
